Yes, we are able to update your shipping address as long as the order has not shipped yet. There is a very small window of time to cancel or to make shipping address changes to an in-stock order before it moves to processing. After an order has been successfully placed, it moves to processing, where changes to your order can no longer be made as the order is being packed and prepared for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the shipping address in any way. If your order is in transit to an incorrect address, please check out this FAQ article for more information on best next steps.

If the order tracking is marked as "returned to sender", please check out our FAQ Article for more information.

We are not responsible for any order that is returned due to an invalid or incorrect address entered at checkout. If your order is lost due to an invalid address inputted upon checkout, a refund will not be issued. We reserve the right to make any necessary changes to your address when there are minor errors preventing your order from shipping.

If your shipping address is flagged as invalid, we may reach out via email to confirm the shipping address details. If we do not hear back and the address is shippable, we will ship the order as is. If the shipping address is missing essential details and we do not hear back, we will cancel and refund your order in full. Please keep an eye on your email inbox as well as your spam folder in case we need to contact you regarding your shipping address.

If the order is returned to us, you may choose to have this re-shipped for a re-shipping fee, or, we can refund the cost of the item(s) back to the original form of payment. For more information on this, please click HERE.

If your order has already shipped, we are unfortunately unable to edit your address. We recommend first contacting your local post office to see if they are able to assist with the rerouting of the package to your new address. We would highly recommend setting up a forwarding address if you have not already - that way, the post office will automatically forward this order onto your new address.
